Enter Our Sweepstakes between Black Friday, November 29, 2019 and Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2019 to win excellent prizes!

NO DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THIS DRAWING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAWING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW. A DONATION AUTOMATICALLY COUNTS AS AN ENTRY.

This sweepstakes begins Black Friday, November 29, 2019 and is open to all legal United States and Canadian residents at least 18 years old at the time of entry, except employees of The Inayati Order and the immediate families and household members of each. Sweepstakes ends Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Void where prohibited.

To enter: Make a donation of $25 or more to the Inayati Order online between Black Friday, November 29, 2019 and Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Every $25 donated equals one sweepstakes entry up to a maximum of $500 (20 entries).

Alternate method of entry: No purchase necessary. You may also enter by writing your name, address, email, and phone number on a 3×5 notecard and mailing directly to Inayati Fall Appeal Sweepstakes, 112 E. Cary St, Richmond, VA 23219.

Entries must be received by The Inayati Order no later than Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 11:59 pm EST. This sweepstakes is sponsored by The Inayati Order. The Inayati Order and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries.

Inayati Prizes:

• (1) Full Access Pass to all Inayati Digital Media for 2020. Prize valued at $1,000.
• (1) Tuition, Room & Board (Dorm Room, Tenting or Commuter) for Season of the Rose 2020 at the Abode of the Message in New Lebanon, New York, June 26-30, 2020. Prize valued at $595.
• (1) Tuition for Resurrection: A Silent Retreat with Pir Zia Inayat Khan at the Abode of the Message in New Lebanon, New York, September 4-7, 2020 (Does not include room, board or travel expenses). Prize valued at $350.
• (1) 20% Off Suluk Academy’s Fall 2020 Tuition (Two Sessions) (Must apply and be accepted into the program to claim this prize.). Prize valued at $270.
• (1) Three-day Stay at the Astana’s Carriage House in Richmond, Virginia (unscheduled available dates). Prize valued at $450.
• (1) 50% Off Tuition for any Astana Weekend Program. Prize valued at $125-$175.
• (2) Suluk Press 2020 Book Series. Prize valued at approximately $100.
• (3) Mystery Inayati Gift Box. Prize value is a mystery.

Winners will be pulled during a live webcast by members of Suluk Academy’s Naubahar Class, Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 7:30 pm EST. This webcast may be watched at vimeo.com/inayatiorder. It is estimated that there is a 5.5% chance of winning.

The Inayati Order is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.

The Inayati Order’s decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The Inayati Order will select 11 winners from all eligible entrants.

All entries become the property of The Inayati Order. Except at The Inayati Order’s discretion, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. Prizewinner grants to The Inayati Order the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotions without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Any and all taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsors from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries, or death, (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstake, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 10 days of notification. If prize notification e-mail or prize returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per person/address. All prizes are transferrable. Void where prohibited.
