The Abode of the Message is the headquarters of the Inayati Order’s North American Astana, the main campus of Suluk Academy, and the location of many Inayati Order programs. Most importantly, it is a residential community and retreat center rooted in the teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan.

Located on 430 acres in the Berkshire-Taconic Mountains, the property was formerly a part of the Mount Lebanon Shaker Village. The property still maintains many of the original Shaker buildings, and is blessed with a wonderful organic farm and beautiful gardens, abundant wildlife, hermitage huts, campgrounds, hiking trails, and a pond.

Conveniently located in New Lebanon, New York, the Abode is just 146 miles east of Boston and 147 north of New York City.
