Essential Healing Practices
Third Saturdays, February – May, 2023
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm EST (New York); 9:00 – 10:30 pm CET (Paris)

While we are each born with inherent knowledge and tools, in the course of our development as individuals we sometimes lose access to many of these. In the Essential Healing Practices series, we will share seminal healing practices drawn from the teachings of Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan who said, “the whole of creation was made in order to awaken.”

In each session, we convene to support this awakening and transformation in life. Over time, you will find yourself becoming the co-creator of greater health in body, mind, heart, and soul.
