Breath must be trained in these five different ways. It must be rhythmic, centralized, deepened, reach far, and its volume must be spreading. – Hazrat Inayat Khan

For centuries, breath practices have been shared from teacher to student to deepen awareness and restore balance. Once considered mysterious or esoteric, these practices are now better understood through modern health and medical science—which reveal just how profoundly the breath influences the body and mind.

Join Dr. Hafiz Neil Rothenberg for an inspiring exploration of how Inayatiyya breath practices support and harmonize the respiratory, cardiovascular, circulatory, and nervous systems.

This opening series, The Five Aspects of Breath—Center, Range, Volume, Rhythm, and Depth—will introduce simple yet powerful breathing techniques and guided meditations. Together, we’ll explore how each aspect of breath can shift our physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, you’re warmly invited to breathe, learn, and experience the transformative potential of the breath. All are welcome.
